I've been half blind for years. I threw my glasses away in 1998 and stopped wearing contacts in 2002 and have chosen to just live with it.

I have a cyst on my eye at the moment. it isn't pleasant and they may have to operate, this has happened before and it wasn't the operation that hurt.

It was the anaesthetic needle piercing my eyelid and touching the top of my eyeball.

That hurt a bit.
