That's St Maarten airport. I've flown that approach VFR/IFR hundreds of times in Flight Simulator. It's always been a fan favourite approach for the obvious reasons.

You should check out the now closed Kai Tak airport. It was the most dangerous approach in the world. Only the top pilots would do that approach.
To land there you had to bank the plane hard at a specific point. (they had a big chequered board on the ground denoting the point)
Very scary approach. There are some unbelivable vids of planes landing there.
