I believe it's the 'Great Lakes Effect' that causes the sudden changes in weather..

They should also do something about internet availablity in the northern part of the State.

I think I've been in Michigan...we crossed the border and went shopping when I was in Canada in 1994 and in 2000 I looked across the lake at Detroit.

yes, I know it's not beautiful Vermont, but it was not by choice, alas - on the way to my uncle's funeral. very sudden. we were taking a 'short cut' up to Wawa - a mere 14 hours away from where my sister lives. And she's two and a half hours away from me. omg I'm sick of cars right now.

Cassie I think I've seen enough of Michigan..... swear I'll go further south next time! We passed five cars in the ditch and had to call 911 after some guy drove off the highway right into a concrete overpass. totally smashed car. awful. hope he made it.

It was 50 degrees here this morning and we turned on the heater, lol. Probably have the air back on this afternoon!
