People can change gender whenever they want, as gender is not biological-- it's how we identify ourselves.
The question should read, 'If you could change sex at will, would you?' and I think that there's been a thread on that before.

If I could change gender at will, I would. I wouldn't want to change gender, though, if I couldn't change my dimensions too. I'd like to be a tall guy, at least 6 foot, big shoulders, slim hips, lots of muscle. Men's suits are really nice. I'd like to have the shoulders to wear them. Men in tights are hot too.
