Forget wether or not you think you're good enough for the role, or wether or not you look the part, this is where imagination and dreams take center stage.

Who would you be? Would you be a favorite cartoon character finally brought to live action?

Would you be Josey Whales in the remake feature?

Posts as many characters as you like. Let's have fun.

Me?

First character is a tie betw. Wolverine or Vegeta from DBZ. I'd fucking looove to play Vegeta, even though I'm bald.

Who else....Chavez y Chavez a.k.a Lou Diamond Phillips character in both young guns films.

Or Hawkeye from Last of Mohicans in which Daniel Day Lewis featured.

and lastly?

The Wolfman.

Fox Mulder!!

good one! I was just thinking of the ramifications of Fox's absence and Dana's elevated yearning for nurture as the show progressed, and how Richard Patrick is a damn fine actor. That and how David Duchovny gets to band Tea Leoni, who has an awesome ass in Consenting Adults.

Some more:

Brenda on The Closer. What a great character. I love how she orders people around, then finishes with that sweet southern "Thank yewww!" Hehehe.

Abby on NCIS. What a blast! The wardrobe alone would be fun. I love her.

Another Abby, this one on ER. I've always thought she was an interesting character, and the relationship with her bipolar mother (and brother) is particularly juicy. Doesn't hurt that she's sleeping with Dr. Gorgeous. :D

Allison Dubois on Medium. I'm a sucker for the psychic thing. Plus, I like her family dynamic.

Tara from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. The lesbian thing would be interesting to play, and I think the vulnerability of the character would be a challenge.

Elizabeth Bennet from the move (or mini-series) Pride and Prejudice. I love Jane Austen's writing, love the character, and doing a period-piece sounds intriguing.

Starbuck on Battlestar Galactica. I love the chaos that seems ready to bust out of this chick at any moment. Playing someone that edgy would be exhausting, but totally worth it. Plus, you've gotta love a girl who smokes cigars, plays a mean game of poker, punches out superior officers, and can fly circles around everyone else in the fleet.

Or, from the same show, Laura Roslin. Totally opposite character. Her strength is solid and calm as a rock. An authority figure, making impossible decisions under impossible circumstances, holding humanity together by her fingernails, while walking a political tightrope - damn. Great role.

I'd want to be Kaylee from Firefly. She's so cool. Except she'd be going after Jayne intead of Simon.

Abby from NCIS would be good, since that's kinda how I dress anyways.

Hmmm...to many to count.

First and foremost, Gabrielle from "Xena." I would keep that bitch Akemi from ruining my life! <g>

Starbuck -- That girl is just kick-ass, tortured and damaged. Gotta love her.

Piper from "Charmed." Just being able to blow things up and freeze them. Purely a power-trip when it comes to this one. Just think of all the trouble I could get into.

Rogue -- From the 90's X-Men cartoon. All that needs to be said.

Sara Sidle from "CSI." I'd give up on Grissom and get it on with quirky sex geek Greg.

Amen about Sara! I forgot about her. I'd totally get it on with Greg, he's a sexy little bastard!

Jill Henesy on Crossing Jordan-Sorry, Jordan Cavanaugh, And Lilly from that same show, hey wait can I play Bug and Nigel too? :D
Abby or DR. Elizabeth Corday from ER.
Dariah, and her high pitched voice little sister
Any role that Alysa Milano or Shannon Doehtry play.
Samantha from Las Vegas
I love drama, as in acting, and would enjoy to play some that feel similar to me-and some that are bitches, and some that are airheads. Those are the most fun to portray.

Oh, and Karen, from Will and Grace.

funny story. two different people independently of each other have called me Xena, yet I look nothing like her. (alas)
I mentioned this to a pal of mine who promptly exclaimed,"oh, but you are Xena!"

I'm sure that'll come in handy in the 21st century.

Myself, I wanted to be Buffy when Spike got all hot and bothered for her. heh.

Jack Bauer...because he's Jack Bauer. A true patriot!

Brad Pitt's character from Ocean's 11. As cool a character as you'll ever meet.

Duncan Kane from Veronica Mars. Because, Duh, I would get to have sex with Veronica Mars. Oh, yeah, and being the son of a billionaire software tycoon wouldn't be bad either.

Vic Mackey from The Shield. Hmmm...on second thought, the ass-kicking and sleeping around wouldn't make up for having two autistic kids.

Peter Parker. Cool powers, terriffic sense of humor, and hot supermodel wife? Who wouldn't want to be Spider-Man??

Christian Troy from Nip/Tuck just to see what it would be like to live life as an unfeeling bastard. I mean more of an unfeeling bastard.
