K, so Patrick Rothfuss is already completely brilliant. He not only creates a brilliant, perfectly paced fantasy but creates it within the same ambience of sitting in your favourite pub with your best friend who tells the best stories ever.
I want to get a bad ass medieval morningstar and guard over him while he writes.
And he's a Firefly fan. He's promised that if he becomes Stephen King rich that he'll use the money for the good of the entire planet by buying the rights to Firely and giving it to Joss Whedon:
