Illegal operation in plug-in

Every time I click on a page that has an embedded video I get a message that says:

Illegal operation in plug-in

The plug-in performed an illegal operation you are strongly advised to restart Firefox.

It just started doing that today, does anyone know how to MAKE IT STOP?!! lol. I do have javascript enabled, I also have adblock plus. I haven't updated anything today, so I don't know why it just started doing this.

Adobe Flash Player 9, and I'm pretty sure I have the most recent Firefox. I clicked on don't show this message again during this session or something like that and it stopped doing it, I'm sure it wants to though, lol.

I googled the warning message and I can't seem to find what the problem is. Most of the solutions say to enable javascript, but I do have that enabled, plus all those people were having this problem in 2005.

I'm going to check to see if my flash player needs to be updated. It probably does and it will probably take hours to download :rwmad:
