It's tehcnically possible that Nikki could win thanks to the lastest stupid twist but highly unlikely and probably for the best.
 
Chicken George is a pathetic lump, but he is sweet in a trailer trash kinda way. And he made everybody cry. It would be funny if he won.. it'd be funnier if he killed Dr Will in a tragic accident.
