Swearing off booze and chocolate for the next few days, see if I cant get rid of the extra half stone I appeared to have picked up since slacking off the excersises.

Its quite the quandary, without drink I might lose some weight, with the drink I don't care how fat I am.

So tomorrow instead of chocolate, followed by chocolate biscuits, followed by cheese for breakfast, it will be shreddies (were out of cornflakes)

And once I get to work I think its time to do random walks up to the 3rd floor and back, burn off some calories with unnecessary journeys up the stairs
 
You should talk to your place of employ about instituting an early-morning company-wide calistenics regimen.

And mid-afternoon naps.
 
We did do sit ups once a week, but that hasnt happened the last two weeks due to the woman running it having to go somewhere else for work
 
I hate to break this to you, but sit ups can be done by yourself.

Unless this is some euphemism I am unaware of and the "woman" having to "go away to find work" is something else entirely
