I have an unseasonable craving for something Thai with shrimp.....

Shrimp satay.
skewer some shrimp,
coat them with a sauce.
Peanut butter, coconut milk, yogurt, curry paste, soy sauce
sprinkle some fine sliced green onions and lemon grass and grill 'em or bake them.
