I came for the Gagh but the Gagh went down. I stay for the Star Trek duals. And the fifty five intangible posts a day where Jack and Val go into PM showdown.

I followed Jack over from Commie after being baited by Manners but there was a lot more interesting stuff to do here. I stay for the sense of belonging and comraderie this community instills in my otherwise meaningless existence. And learning how to avoid SPAMMING in my shorts just a little less everyday.

The first thign I ever read here was a two pager by TQ, Jack and TJHairball arguing over whether or not the Hollocaust ever happened.

It was easily the most interesting and well thought out shit I've read all year and I said so.

A month later there is no sign of such intelligence or willingness to argue a topic. I haven't been bored here long enough to enjoy Val and all of you who take turns being him.

last but not least - gots to run - pick up at the airport and I have no idea how to get to 91 north from here...

I could try to find it in me to enjoy Val if he would change his avatar back to teh smug fat photo he wore previously.

I came here through a friend as well and like I've said, was hooked by TQ's concrete reason. I'm not bemoaning a lack of attention, becuase I personally haven't started many threads and certainly haven't started many thinking threads.

But anyway it was the thinking that brought me here but there was a switcheroo somewhere and I got instead a ringside seat in a role-playing-costume-war.

I'm too tired to give a shit now. For what it's worth I have enjoyed alot of you folks, those I really beleive ARE folks. The record needs to show that I am also a part of another forum with a good number of folks I've grown to really give a shit about this year - so I'm not dissing the comeradarie (sp?) but I'm certainly not starved for it.
