Instangram question

Today when I went on instagram I am suddenly following someone I used to work with three or four years ago, she is not following me, so I have no idea why my phone suddenly decided I should follow her, and a few other random people from years ago too.

Anyone know why I am following people without asking to?

I don't know for sure, but some of these apps have options where you can tell it to check your phone's contact & email lists for people with accounts. If her number/email is in your phone and you don't have that option turned off, that might explain it...

That's the weird thing, I don't have the phone numbers of any of the people my phone recently decided I should be following.

The only contact I have with them is via facebook.

Facebook acquired Instagram, so they are probably playing with your info in all kinds of ways.

The only solution is to delete every online account you've ever had other than your TK account.
