Can any surgically sexually altered creature be a sexual orientation?
I mean, a man has his genitalia altered to aid him in tricking himself, and others, into believing he is a woman. Said surgically devised human being sexually prefers women. Should he/she/it really be considered a lesbian? No.
Just because one cuts it off or sews one on does not change the fact one was born the way they were.
