I was just listening to the day's news on the radio and thought I heard an intersting tale of woe, that in the weeks just before Rodney King was beaten in the street by four police officers back in 1992 he had contacted a lawyer about sueing the LAPD for repeated harrassment.

Makes you wonder doesn't it?
