GF's birthday yesterday (just to add to the block of celebrations that have totally tired me out now) we went to dinner and the food was fanfeckingtastic.

Stuffed calamari with mustard and local cheese, Rocha salad, Mussles and sea bass with feta cheese in a light tomato and lemon sauce and a lot of wine. Gorgeous.

Went out to our local after and got more drunk and I have a lot of work to catch up with and the Arsenal game is starting in 20 minutes that I have to watch.

But then I'm green lit to watch CBB and see what shambolic show they cobble together this year.

Also happy that Eggs has joined our merry contingent in watching this year.


Let the games begin.
 
omg! D, the food sounds bloody wonderful.
My pals from Toronto came up with some grilled calamari for me (they live right by Greektown on the Danforth) on the weekend. It was flown in from the Aegean so 18 hours too old for you, but heaven to me!

I just checked the listings... STILL no footy to be aired up here today. FUCK hockey!

I'm finding it really hard to get excited about CBB this year (the lack of live feed isn't helping.)

Don't judge! Chicken love is just as real as regular love. Coolie was born that way! And peanut butter is very sexy though hard to get out of small cracks.
 
Is Coolie Coolio's brother or just a typo I made?
 
I found BB really dull last night. Hopefully it'll pick up once they run out of food and they find out Verne's been hiding cream crackers in the rims of his buggy's wheels.
