I have no time restrictions and assumed no one else had. It might be due to the fact that I have the bouncer/mod whatever powers in the Game forum. Maybe I shouldn't continue, 50's probably enough.
 
Just open a second browser or tab and have the PM section running there. Browse for a bit, send a PM, browse for a bit, send a PM. It's a simple way of eliminating the 15 second wait time.
 
Log in as a few duals from different browsers. You can PM spam four times faster...

I responded to a few of Gagh's PM's because I actually like the guy in spite of all the histrionics between the both of us.
