Eat less.
Exercise more.

You will magically Loose weight.

Now, give me money to say that to you over and over again...

It takes a bit more than "Eat less". WHAT you're eating is just as, if not more important than how much you're eating, because an unbalanced diet will trigger all kinds of weight retention issues, even if you're not consuming mass quantities of calories.

Fine:
"Eat less sugary crap, you overweight Manatee wanna-be, and drop and give me 20 or no 2oz. tofu shake for you!"

See, I'm a natural at this.

But you need to have her wearing a leather outfit with a gimp mask to make the visual complete.

I got a bunch of Weight Watchers TV dinners from a friend who works at a freezer warehouse. He gets to take home damaged cases. They are good.

I would never buy 20 of them for $4 each though.

My wife did a couple months of Nutrasystem. She travels alot for work, and they are good prepackaged portions.

They use herbs and spices to make them taste good so even if you are not full you still feel like you had a tasty meal.

Im going to try and lose 40 pounds. Im 6'3 and 237# im not fat but am packing more belly then I need. I think 200# would be about right.

I've never been on Jenny or Weight Watchers but I've done Nurti/System and it is abso-fucking-lutely nasty as hell. I lost 20 pound in 30 days though so that was awesome.
