"All rise, the court of Judge Dr Dave is now in session!" Shouted the bailiff
Audience members, and the plaintiff and defendant rise as Judge Dr Dave walks into is courtroom, to his seat on the bench.
"Be seated, court is now in session, what is our first case?" said Judge Dr Dave
"Case #1, Cassie Vs Loktar" said the court clerk.
"Cassie, you are suing one Loktar for...scaring one of your cows to death, is that correct?" asked Judge Dr Dave
"That's right your honour!" said Cassie
"Tell me what happened!" said Judge Dr Dave excitedly
"Well your honour, on the evening of October 22, I was watching Community when I heard a disturbance outside. Now I really like this show and was VERY MAD GRRRRR!!! to have to go outside and check it out. I saw a man in a dress dancing about, and one of my cows was dead! So I grabbed my shot gun and yelled at the man to see what the fudge he was going." said Cassie
"And what was his response to this question?" asked Dr Dave
"Your honour..." Said Loktar
"BE SILENT TILL YOUR TURN, OR I'LL HAVE THE PLAINTIFF CUT YOUR NOSE WITH HER KNIFE!" Shouted Judge Dr Dave, adding "go on Cassie"
"He claimed he was trying to get a ride home and thought dancing for the cow would get it to let him ride her." Said Cassie
"Did he explain to you about the dress?" asked Judge Dr Dave
"Yes sir, he claimed his clothing was stolen by some midgets he had angered earlier in the day, and that the closest store that would let him in, was a dress shop" replied Cassie.
"Alright, Thank you Cassie. Loktar, what's your side of things?" said Judge Dr Dave
"Your honour! This was a tragic mistake! How was I supposed to know my dancing in a dress would kill a cow, it was all just a mistake!" said Loktar as he started to cry.
"I see...Were you not trespassing on this property?" asked Judge Dr Dave
"Well...well..y..ye..yes sir, but I needed that ride, and there was a cow, what was I supposed to do, knock on the door and ask for a ride?" Said Loktar
"That would have been a better solution, yes.You know what, I don't need to hear any more. You trespassed on her land, which from the documents Cassie submitted to the court earlier, was clearly posted. Your actions led to the death of a cow, I fine for the Plaintiff in the amount of $4,000, and you will also surrender the dress to Cassie., now get out!" said Judge Dr Dave
"All rise!" shouted the Bailiff
