Serenity is the title of the Firefly movie.

Jayne, a/k/a Adam Baldwin has a prominent role on Chuck, Mondays @8 on En-Bee-Cee.
 
I love it more every time I see it.
 
I loved it when I watched it with my eyes shut, and pretended it was Buffy, season 3.

yes. he's the only thing that redeems Chuck, IMHO.
but the show Chuck, makes me want to up-chuck.
 
Eh, it's ok. It's a good mix of comedy, drama, and action. Yvonne Strahovski is well hot, but her teeth and speech impediment bother me sometimes.
 
it's stupid, and Chuck is so ditheringly inept I could choke him. And we're supposed to believe that gorgeous blonde spy loves him?
more American weakly-written pseudo spy-sitcom drek.
It'll prolly run for years.

Of course the minions love the show.

Actually, it's prolly gonna be canceled. I was just saying the other night, the average American is prolly like, "Duhhhh...me not know if me should laff or be upset, or be ascairt! Me not know if dis am comedy or action...duhhhh..."

Srsly, without a laugh track, the average american knoweth not when to laugh.
 
Say what you want about American TV, but the Brits win the prize for completely unnecessary and annoying laugh track use.
 
You can pretty much tell the good UK comedy shows apart from the bad because the good ones don't have laughter tracks, at least the ones from the last decade. Before that pretty much everything had canned laughter or was filmed in front of an audience.

Is Jayne the guy that plays Casey? Or Morgan?
 
Ive mostly seen just adverts for Chuck, didn't look interesting.
 
My brother loves Chuck.

I didn't mean a show just starring the actor, but about the character Jayne, from Firefly. That would be cool.
 
Characters like that always work best playing off other people, I imagine if he was the main, and possibly only lead it would go downhill fast.
 
The adventures of Jayne

Scene one
Jayne farts loudly
"That smells good, puts me in mind of having a wank!"
Jayne goes off into a corner for a while.
"Ahh, nearly as good as a whore, and less likely to catch dick rot"
Jayne catches a glimps of something moving, he pulls out his gun and blasts it.
A whore falls down dead, carrying a loaf of bread.
"Shame to waste either of those!" Jayne says, stuffing a mouthful of loaf in his gob, and shagging the still warm corpse.
"Cant beat the price of a free whore" Jayne says to himself proudly

Cut to first commercial break.

I watched the movie about a year ago or something and it was pretty good.

Just finished Disc Two. Disc One was a little better than Two, but I still plan to watch the rest.
