Okay, so there were a lot of silly moments, mostly during Peter Parker's emo black suit period, but the action was really well choreographed and over all it was a really fun movie.

Yes. Harry died an honourable death rather than pretty much just disappearing and only leaving a pair of glasses behind. And the battle at the end with too many characters still rocked, unlike the X3 one.
