I'm curious - and have questions for the proponents of the Kyoto Protocol and/or those so hateful of Bush for not signing the Kyoto Protocol -
WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO SAY ABOUT EUROPE FAILING TO MEET THEIR OBJECTIVES UNDER THAT AGREEMENT AND ACTUALLY RAISING THEIR EMISSIONS?????

How many other signers of that agreement have also failed to meet their objectives to reduce their emissions and have also RAISED their greenhouse emissions too?

And - what happened to those who failed to keep their end of the agreement?

Probably not much. Why? Because you didn't care in the first place, it was just another damned excuse to bitch about Bush. If you'd have cared, you'd have been all over these other nation's failures, bitching up a storm.

The Kyoto accord was meaningless bullshit, and the Bali agreement that replaces it will be even more meaningless. Just wait and see.
