You do understand that your unbanning means that you can never bitch and moan again about inconsistencies by the Administration in applying the rules, right? For example, you must now STFU when they move some but not all "useless threads" from QSF. Because your unbanning stands as an iconoclastic example of why the rules aren't really "rules" here at TK.

The same goes for the unbanning of Jack and Jillian and Ultros for making threats to sue the board, for threatening to bring the federal government to investigate the board, and for threatening the life of POTUS, respectively. TK rules aren't really rules. The majority of the board understands that, and that's why we don't bitch and moan and whine because some threads get moved out of QSF and not others at the whim of an Admin. Because as we now see, at the whim of an Admin, Ultros, Jillian and Jack have returned despite being supposedly "permanently banned" for breaking the few "rules" TK has.

And let the record show...I am not protesting this move by the Administration, as I already long ago understood that the "rules" on TK weren't "really rules".

He never complained about the admin's decision-making. I can agree with him on several points of his argument. We want administrators who are less strict on stupid stuff. His whole schpiel was attacking cait because she was an overmoderator and way too backstabbing and political. He goes after eggs for inconsistencies in his adminning. I do the same. Messenger is simply trying to make the rules and punishments for breaking them finite.

LOL...I was talking about the hard time he gave Eggs a few days ago for moving one of his threads out of QSF on a whim and not other threads that seemingly didn't belong there either. He wanted Eggs to administer consitently and equitably across the board. I am now telling him/you that if Eggs and the TK Admins were to decide to start administering consistently and equitably, then he, Ultros, and Jack would not have been permitted to return from a "permanent ban".

The admins weren't inconsistent in their ban because they never stated that it was a permanent ban. They never defined the period of time that he was to be banned for his actions. Same with Jack.
And in Messenger's case, he basically asked the admins to ban him. He then said something ban-worthy and they did so.
