I was watching the HD music channel "Palladium" over the weekend, and I caught her performance at something called the "V Fest". WTF, where have I been, why am I just realizing she's AWESOME? The two songs she sang were "The Fear" and "It's Not Fair". Bloody brilliant!

I'm srsly gonna buy her album from iTunes during lunch today.

Heard all or parts of 4 songs, definitely similar but different enough for me.
I like her accent when she sings, it's something new to me.

What's worse, is he spent a slice of his youth growing up in my home town.

Mainly, I liked the lyrics to "The Fear", and she was in short-shorts and barefoot during the performance, and she has nice feet, so I was prolly just smitten.

I like Lily Allen and I'm not really sure why. Her songs are good and catchy even though she really can't sing all that well. She is cute as a button though and that helps immensely.

The only reason I still buy music is because oftentimes the quality of the individual downloads is different. If I want the entire Lily Allen record, I can easily find the songs on bitorrent or limewire (that's what I usually d/l music from), but one song may be ear-splittingly loud, while another I need to crank to 25 just to hear it. It's quite jarring.

So, I'll only buy music when I'm trying to get an entire album, like I did with Narrow Stairs from Death Cab For Cutie.

I usually just go on the record label's youtube channel and rip the songs from there. I imagine the file quality isn't as good as it would be on an official download, or files found on the CD, but it's good enough for me... and it's free.
