Is that even possible? One way emotional intimacy? How would that work? How can he be fulfilled emotionally knowing you can't open up with him? I dunno. I can't imagine it because it is something I couldn't live without, but everyone is different. Maybe he has his own issues, and likes the loss of control involved in being able to let his own emotions go and be open and not having to be responsible for yours. I suggest being kinda rough with him sexually.

Please note my thread is not "blue" itself and will remain in a state of non-blueness. At least on my part.

I think Mrs. A has a point there. I can't see the appeal of being with someone who is emotionally uninvolved. I've been there, and it eats you up to give and give to someone that (on the outsides, at least) doesn't care.
