Don is so lost, but he's showing signs of hope.
"If you're not working, why don't you just go live with Megan?"
"Because I want her to be here -- to fix it all."
"How?"

That was a little too patient-on-the-couch, but it was also brilliant in that Don is starting to let his guard down with the right people at the right time, starting with Sally. And he's smart enough to be flirting with contacts from other agencies, just in case.
Maybe Jim Cutler is getting his wish from last year, and he and Ted are starting to sweep everyone else away (except Joan -- she's easier on the eyes). Roger is only hanging on because he lucked into Chevy, his new American Tobacco. Cooper does nothing (and I thought his little bit of bigotry this week was uncharacteristic -- he's fine pitching the Japanese, but not having a black receptionist?). Don's already under the rug, and Pete is marooned on the west coast. Makes you wonder if everyone is going to find a lifeboat, or just some of them.
