But I've been through New Orleans 3 months before Katrina and damn it all didnt get flashed.
 
Yes, I went. I actually lived three blocks from the parade route. These were all taken just a few minutes from my home. I took all of these, by the way.

When I lived in Mobile, used to hit up Mardi Gras pretty regularly. Last thanksgiving was the first time I've been back since 05 I think. The Quarter seemed same as always. Didn't have time to venture to the rest of the city.
