you should tut loudly anytime he spells something wrong and when he says "no huffing and puffing!" say "OH FOR GOD'S SAKE IT'S CALLED TUTTING YOU DIRTBAG!"
 
The whole class already laughs at him every time he does something like that, so any tutting or auditory odiation would be drowned out. :(
