Like when Buffy was injured by crashing into a tombstone but she can fall 500 feet and break both her arms and legs then just jump up and say "SLAYER POWER!" and be fine?
 
Or when she was hanging from the lip of the school roof and did a mega flip where she fllew through the air and .. well it looked gay.
