When they reply, you simply wait about 24 hours and respond to every one telling them you have reviewed their application, yadda yadda yadda and they have been chosen to go through the orientation process. Tell them to complete orientation they have to attend a webinar. Then give them a link to the gotowebinar affiliate program ($50 a lead) and tell them to send you the best time they can attend and their meeting name. Make the letter as professional as possible and make them feel as if they can trust you. If at all possible include a number (free voicemail) at the bottom. If you want to be honest you can actually hire someone to do tasks that you need help with.
