Is Michael Jackson planning a live show in Las Vegas? Rumors have been buzzing like children around candy that the former King of Pop may be pulling a Celine Dion sometime in the near future. According to Us Weekly, Jackson and his kids have already set up shop in a gated Spanish-style mansion in Vegas, after having lived in Bahrain and Ireland for the last 18 months. Businessman Jack Wishna is reportedly behind the move, having wooed Jackson back to the States with talks of a Sin City show. “Yes, he’s here, and, yes, we’re working on projects. I heard about this a few days ago. I'm skeptical about any news concerning the KOP because it invariably ends up being utter bullshit so I'm in wait and see mode at the moment. He is beyond minted again though. Sony just had to pony up $180 million to him due to the reindexing of the sales for Thriller. His numbers have now gone up from the reported 60 million copies sold in 2003 to 104 million copies sold. And Sony just had to pay the difference in royalties.

Will he start performing in Vegas though? I'm doubtful. But if he does I'll meet you for a blackjack crawl and sensless inebriated "King of Pop!" shouting.
