It's my favorite slang word for "vagina". I mean, I prefer "pussy" when I'm actually fucking, but "muff" is my favorite everyday word for a lady's naughty bits.
 
It's probably been around awhile, but the latest horrible term I've heard for it is "gash".
 
"Gash" is a very british one, yeah, and it is horrible.
