I've goofed the day away without eating and now it is way past lunch time and much too early for dinner. I'd like just a little snack to hold me over until then. Is there any fat free bologna or cottage cheese in the refrigerator? Of course not. Time to dig thru the Light Michelina's for those low fat gram snacks.

How about a nice salad? We've got the mesclun mix from the garden, and some chevre, and walnuts, cranberries, onions and peppers.

A little Newman's Ranch on top and some freshly ground pepper?

That sounds nice and fresh. Wound up with brussel sprouts in lowfat butter sauce. Yummy.

The potato chips are supposed to go IN the bologna sandwich.

Campbell's Tomato Soup or Lipton Noodle Soup for dunking, as well.
