I keep forgiving and excusing his asshole behavior but no more. I don't need that negativity in my life. The possibility of not being his +1 to his free movies, events, and concerts is a small price to pay. I'll just wait until the movie comes out on HBO or DVD to see it.
LOL..... And apparently I'm petty for dropping him from Facebook. I told him that's what you do when you no longer "like" someone.
One was smart enough to turn a sports-trivia obsession into a career. Now he's getting really fat and is still married to a woman who is much too good for him. He's going to be my son's favorite uncle. He is the most sane among us (including myself).
One was a bully and a petty criminal as a teen, joined the Army, and now he kills people for a living and is reportedly very good at it. I worry about what he'll do when he retires. Sadly, he is the one I identify with the most.
The third went from an introverted but sweet kid into a ego-maniacal, woman eating (figuratively...I think) monster once he got his MD. He has my intelligence, my other brother's sadism, and a drive given to him by his childhood demons that may possibly make him the only truly evil one in this generation of my family.
I keep none of them. The four of us just aren't that kind of brothers.
