Three inch with a sensible heel would be my guess. Any higher than that you're just looking to break a leg, ankle, face,etc.

No. It was the concrete and the board we were on. I shouldn't have seduced him in the garage with all of the tools, but I couldn't help it.

Someone saw my feet tonight and said, "WTF" LOL.

Its ok I have messed up feet myself. Especially the right one. The nail is all messed up on my right toe from me walking barefoot and stubbing my big toe and feet constantly. My nephew noticed it one day and was like "WTF happened to your foot?" I was "I don't know..." and changed the subject.

My left foot is actually pretty normal looking except for a bump on the big toe(doctor called it arthitis) from when I got my toes runover by a car when I was younger.
