NCIS

I think that's pretty much to be expected with all shows, though. Some exceptions occur, of course, but for the most part shows tend to start getting loose and sloppy when the writers get too comfortable, which doesn't usually happen until about season 3.

WOW!!! a 3 year bump.
I hated NCIS when I first watched it. It looked like something you'd see on Channel 9 (if you lived in New York City before the UPN Network, you'd understand). There was something very cheap looking about the production. I don't know if it was the lighting or the fuzzy effect.
I thought Gibbs was too much of a dick (I hate bosses) to be liked so much.

Now I think the show is fantastic and instead of cursing the USA Network for endlessly playing the re-runs, I now praise them.
Very Special Agent Dinozzo is a pisser and Gibbs no longer bothers me.

I like it but sometimes the tomfoolery or whatnot of the characters gets irritating. Also even though she rarely has any significant development, I heart Abbey(sp?).

I have never watched one episode and she's the reason.

I cannot support a butterface, scene-girl wannabe. Besides... Pauley? How much more evidence do we need to prove it's a dude!?

Finally, I'll say this. With the three CSI shows and Bones, does the world really need another forensics murder mystery show? My answer: no.
