Ncuti Gatwa Doctor Who and spin offs

I feel like I have experienced it enough through this that I don't need to actually watch it?
 
The fish sex isn't even very explicit.
 
I want to watch it, I really do. And Russell Tovey makes me drool like a dog in a butcher shop.

But the fact that the Doctor keeps not showing up in it is a problem...
 
They actually have a fairly good explanation for the Doctor not getting involved, kind of his own version of the Prime Directive (though I'm sure someone could find many examples of him interfering in similar scenarios.)
