Apparently Putin has offered 100 Billion to Greece in exchange for the Queen of the Cyclades aka Syros aka MY FUCKING HOME so he can set up a naval base here.

It wouldn't work. Keith Chegwin & Pat Sharpe would want to come in as partners, but thanks to the no-compete clause they have with Neil Buchanan nobody would be able to make a bid for any offshore commercial enterprise.
