That seems silly; photobucket doesn't even allow adult pictures to be uploaded.

I could see blocking X-Tube, but not photobucket.

You should start using word and phrases from Orwell's 1984 around the office to register your displeasure.

If you started hosting images on your own webspace, would it ring a bell with their IT and cause them to ban your domain too?

Possibly, although at the moment I can only host things on my own webspace through FTP, and I only have that at home, where photobucket still works anyway.
