I liked it for the most part. Except for the armored car bit.
Liked the "be the smartest guy in the room" bit and how that turned out.
Sure - lots of plot holes and the foreshadowing on the major plot twist could have been done much better with at least a few red herrings in there for interest.
Compared to the movie the Rob Zombie movie I saw "Now You See Me" is stellar.
