Obama is a "House Negro" ?

The thing is that many people misunderstand what AQ Central (Bin Ladin, Al Sawahiri) really were all about. It wasn't some top down corporatist structure, but instead much closer to a franchise. AQ Central had it's propagandha arm, it's training centers, but most importantly it had $ and names (Al Quida literally meaning 'The Base' as in database). Basically if you your buddies had a good idea for an attack, you would make contact with AQC, give them your business plan, and they would hook you up with the money you needed and put you in contact with those to help you logistically and technically if they felt it a good one.

One thing that GWOT has done very well is shut down first the finances and finally through world wide law enforcement crackdowns, the network itself. AQC is isolated in goatfuckistan with..... nothing. It has nothing to offer now except for it's name and prestege, and even that has been falling every year since 9/11.

Also, you can argue all you like about the fuck up in Iraq, but one thing the 'fight them over there instead of overhere' attitude did accomplish was to really start turning the Muslem world against AQC. Before Iraq everything out of AQC was about the Crusaders and the Zionists. With al-Zarqawi leading AQI and with the blessing of AQC, turning on the Shia, and actually saying they were a larger threat than the US/Britian/Israel, trying to lead Iraq into sectarian chaos, AQC lost it's universal appeal. Now it was no longer some Robin Hood, that comes out of no where and strikes the arrogant West in its homeland. It's a ruthless powerhungry Sunni organization that wants to dominate the Arab world, no better really than Ba'athism.

If I were of the mind to serve in politics, join a political machine, serve as Senator, not do a damn thing while Senator, not serve out my one term as Senator, and then ride into the White House in an election with which the Dems could have run Charlie Manson on the ticket and still have won after eight years of shitty GOP rule (shades of 1976!)... then yeah, I might feel a little beaten in that aspect.

As it stands, I'd have to say the question doesn't apply to me. To Jesse Jackson maybe, but not moi.

On a more positive note, I've done something Obama can never do, and that's father beautiful White children who won't need minority scholarships or affirmative action in order to make it.

Dress Obama up, teach him to walk up right and speak without sounding stupid, put him in the WH, but he's still a ######.

Lastly, I was talking to someone the other day who was bitching about a ###### in the WH... this guy's a true football-watching, beer-swilling, bible-thumping, jew-loving, basketball-cheering, vote-republican-by-God-cuz-they're-against-abortion peckerwood.

I asked him what made him think he deserved better than a ###### for President. He had no reply other than that blank stare you get from people who know they're fucked.

Yeah, I've only read the prologue, but it looks to be really good. I just wish I could get it to download so I don't have to come to the website every...wait. I bet the fucker is in my Temp file.
