I am going to Kefalonia, which has become popular since the book. I didn't choose it for that reason obviously.

I plan to hire a small boat and be middle class by patronising local fisherman

I say, you with the gnarly face - I wish I was a fisherman and didn't live in a big house, with a big car and an expense account. Do you think I would still be able to buy ben & jerrys here? (they are very green you know)
