I am going to learn the Bene Gesserit Litany Against Fear modified to be the Litany Against Being Ticked Off.

I must not be ticked off. Being ticked off is the mind-killer. Being ticked off is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face what ticks me off. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where what has ticked me off has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

If I am successful in learning and applying that litany, it will provide me with lots of good karma to aid me in enlightenment or at least get me a fortunate rebirth.
