He cannot help himself. "Democrat this, Democrat that." For someone so mega critical of the Democrats it makes it all the more worrying that he views the Republicans through such rose tinted glasses.

Is it really that black & white in your world, Ogami? The Democrats are fools, no doubts. They are directionless to the extreme. But the Republicans are no better. Both parties are corrupt, both parties fuck up royally time and time again.


I can only summise that you need heroes. It makes pretty sound sense that you have a hero complex and you get a rush out of supporting the Commander and Chief and defending him no matter what. And you are no doubt filled with patriotic pride when he discusses another operation to "smoke 'em terrorist folks out!"


I think you enjoy making excuses because you clearly have no objectivity. But at the same time you're not retarded stupid either. Deluded perhaps but there has to be a reason and I think that's it.

When you feel like you're part of a club it is mighty difficult to back-track on even one issue that might illuminate the cracks in your ideology.


Judging on association instead of logical reasoning is a dangerous and foolish path to take.

And yet Bush has been using the "THE SKY IS FALLING" tactic since 9/11. Every other day "The terror alert level is rising! My god run for the hills!". Every 6 months, "We've just diverted another major attack on our infranstructure. We having nothing to back our claim but our word, but hey, that's good enough for the American people right?"
