OMG! I have a Trojan on my Computer

My computer spyware alerted me that there are Trojans trying to invade my computer with a virus. Next thing I know, I get a knock on the door, and this is what shows up. :huh:

So I run to the store for some virus removal, and this is what I bought



This is a new anti virus porgram called "The Bitch". Its supposed to be guaranteed to get rid of all internet pests that try to invade your home.
