I actually got my house today! The guy left and it's officially ours! I can't even believe it.

Everything is sound structure-wise, but the renter guy left a HUGE mess! It can all be cleaned (and will have to be), but I am SO happy with the way the place looks.

I can't wait until we get to move in! Wheeeeeeee!

I think it'll be a while before we get to move anything IN, Blade. We still have to move all of his junk OUT. We should just leave it all...it could save us the move. Seriously, though...he left couches, an entertainment center, bunk beds, a full size bed, and a bunch of other furniture.
