One-armed BBC presenter scares children

I was posting this exact topic earlier when my net went down. When I saw the story on DS I just starting laughing.

Glenn Hoddle has claimed that one-armed girls get put on digital channels as penance for their wrongs in past lives!

Now they are saying its wrong because she is taking work away from someone with two arms.

I mean what the hell next, a one legged man applying for the role of Tarzan?

Surely they didn't hire her just because she's got one arm. "We need someone to SCARE KIDS! HOW ABOUT A ONE ARMED FREAK, HAHAHAHA!"

They are going on the assumption that when doing interviews, if a disabled person applies they get the job over able bodied people with the same qualifications.

Which to be fair, does sometimes happen, as some firms get government grants to hire disabled people, probably not something the BBC need to worry about though.

Maybe he'll go on celebrity big brother next year and announce to the world that he's gay. Then they can have facepacks... and mudpacks!
