I guessed Perth for the Scottish city because I thought it lost, then regained its city status. I can't be bothered checking if this would have been acceptable. I didn't know Dunfermline is a city, to be honest. It's not a place I think about much.

Why do they keep having Dunfermline's city status as connections.
