Yeah, that part of the story shocked me more than anything else.

I wonder if he has Culkins for parents, spending his money and locking him in the closet 6 hours a day...

I believe the 1995 Saturn is his "Driving Drunk" car...Would you want to crash a brand new Benz?

Then again, maybe his parents have brains in their heads and saved all his money but won't let him have it until he's 21 or something..."You'll drive a Saturn just like your sisters did!"
