They don't. But, people are disinclined to work with them if they've got a bad reputation on eBay.
Hey, speaking of people who don't pay. Do you guys mind going on eBay and boosting the price of an item that I'm trying to sell? If you win the bid, I won't charge you. I just need to have someone get online and make it look like a wanted item.
Just tell the truth, it really works as a system, but if you flame losers on ebay you just look like a bigger dork than they do.
I've sold on ebay for years and rarely have problems, non paying bidders dont hurt you, you get credited all your fees and can relist for free to boot.
Just don't dick yourself around, after 7 days you can slam them with a NPB chit and get your fees back and red neg them. If they red you back its easy to use the non paying bidder rhetoric, and if they say anything slanderous, ebay will shut them down instantly.
Its just annoying though, you rarely get the sum you got first time round with a relist, and half the time the second chance offer people dont want it any more, or want discounted postage.
Do you get offers from people who don't speak great English asking you to hastily deliver the product all while promising payment through moneygram? I've had two such offers on the item I'm selling. Just wondering. Is it a scam or are these folks for real?
MoneyGram and WesternUnion are money orders. I've been offered both. One at my reserve price another at $150 more than my reserve price. But, I'm suspicious of these people. Basically, because I got an identical message from two different but similar usernames.
I hate it when they offer you money to end an auction early, someone tried to get me to sell them my voyager for 40 quid including P&P, it ended up going for 56 not including P&P.
