but i have done it before and shall do it again it seems
the key of course is to let the tooth get real rotten first
let the top parts of it fall off
pop bulges of puss as they arise
be careful not to swallow these
then when are down to just the root parts extending just above the gumline
thats when the real pain begins
needle nose pliers work best
small ones
makes sure to get good and liquored up 1st though
not too much though
this may make your hand unsteady
or contribute to blood loss
